| Introduction | My greatest desire is, through teaching, writing, music and art, to build bridges between the closely allied messianic traditions of Jews and Gentiles. How? By means of a reframing of the contents of the Gospels and Acts in terms of their first century Semitic context; by singing Hebraic songs that tap into that unfathomable yearning that is deep within many souls; by producing art works that stir those 'Jewish Souls' by means of the beauty of Hebraic images and letters; and by encouraging students to 'take a step to the left' and start identifying the various 'voices', and thus levels of meaning, in our richly layered, exquisitely crafted, Gospels. |
