| Introduction | Being a strict vegetarian has changed my whole outlook on food and life. Ahimsa (non-harm) is one of the main practices of yoga, so my choice to be vegetarian is 100% ethical. I also encourage eating organic and clean, limiting processed and unknown ingredients in your food. When I decided to adopt this lifestyle I started eating vegetables, grains, fruits, and dishes that I never would have tried before....and some that I had never even heard of. There are so many flavors, spices, and aromas to these dishes that are so delightful and delicious.
