Introduction	Who knew that the things I enjoy so much that always made me feel like an 80 yr old woman were becoming popular again! I never understood how they went out of style but I'm glad they are back! Didn't anyone else's mother say your plate should be colorful? When you see a beat up piece of furniture, do you imagine how you could "fix it?" When you receive a gift that was handmade, doesn't it mean so much more? Well this is how I was brought up and the way I think today so I'm glad to see real cooking, canning, preserving, quilting, gardening all back in fashion. Vintage goes modern!
