Introduction	Love to gather family and friends around my table for delicious meals served on my favorite blue and white china. Enjoy cooking and collecting recipes, but few of these are originals--have made my own changes to some, but mostly this is my collection of favorite recipes that I have found and use regularly. (I don't keep any recipes that I don't think are really good--why waste your time cooking if the result isn't worth the effort?) And don't worry, I like to cook from scratch but don't go in for recipes that are too high maintenance or require overly exotic ingredients.
