Introduction	I am a mom, wife, nurse, artist. The order of these varies day by day. My daughter is my main artistic muse at the moment. She is a ballerina and inspires much of my art. I love being a nurse, but also look forward to retiring in a few years. My husband is my rock, and I should probably tell him so more often. My favorite place on earth: the North Carolina Outer Banks, a slice of beach girl heaven... I love family, good friends and good food. Sometimes I am very funny! Or at least I think I am... I love to tell a story or two, via the written word or via my art work. I have only recently come to realize the importance or artistic and creative expression in my life. I look forward to sharing some of the people, places and things that bring me joy and hope they bring a little joy to your day too.
