| Introduction | In the red desert of Arizona lives a creative talent of unparalleled vision and uncompromising integrity. Is that me? Depends on the day. I'm a writer, artist, musician, meditator, and lifesaver. I write about self-help (day job as a mental health administrator, whatever that is), and bloody, sexy, violent fiction about humans living in non-human worlds. I write under two pen names, "J.
