| Introduction | I am a non-traditional student in the Spanish program going for a secondary education degree. I am married to a wonderfully loving husband who is a new high school teacher this year. My two daughters are the bright lights in my life. My newest endeavor has been going back to college in order to become a high school Spanish teacher. This has recently changed from a Psychology major with an Environmental studies interests. But, believe it or not, I have thought about being a Spanish teacher since my awesome high school profesor, Senora Valenta, started my love for this language. This love was encouraged by my college spanish professors as well. I have truly LOVED and CURSED this language as I have labored to learn it. This is a blog I started to chronicle my journey of becoming a high school Spanish teacher. |
