| Introduction | it's 2010... when did that happen?! i am still in my first year of teaching, and thankfully starting to get my head above water with the many unexpected trials that the new job has brought. ryan and i have been married for a year and a half, and i'm still the happiest woman alive. i am rained upon with blessings every day of my life, and i'm so happy to have a God who is so obvious about His love. |
| Interests | i rediscovered the outdoors in the last few years, and become even more anxious to explore every time i get the chance. i'm a scrap booking nerd, though i have no time now-a-days to indulge in my obsession. |
| Favorite movies | if anyone could be obsessed with a fictional character...i would be obsessed with House or Seeley Booth. i gave in and bought the first several seasons of both shows. lesson planning may now become regrettably obsolete. |
| Favorite music | i'm a country fan at heart. but i love jazz, acoustic, and classical when i'm in the mood to work. oldies remind me of growing up riding around with my dad in his truck. and my kids love the twangy blues when they're working in my class. |
| Favorite books | i love reading all of the non-work-related books i can get my hands on, and have recently gained interest in history books. |
