| Introduction | I'm a big man with a big problem: I weigh 300 lbs. and have numerous weight-related medical problems. I can't say I've ever really liked running, but then again I've never really tried it either. I need to lose weight for the sake of my family and my own health. If this goes well, my wife and I intend to surprise our kids by participating in a local 5k run. |
