| Introduction | I am richly blessed to have been married to my best friend, Steve, since I was 18 years old. We have raised three wonderful children. But over the years, with children and thyroid issues, the pounds have added to the waistline. Well I had enough! The thick waistline, the thyroid making me feel lousy, and did I mention the hot flashes, they had to go!! So, I scheduled an appointment with the Endocrinologist. Two days later I received the blood test results and I was off to the pharmacy to purchase the needed vitamins, new thyroid medication, and Black Cohosh (for the hot flashes, over the counter) to get myself back on track. Within a few days I started to feel more like my old self. I encourage you to follow along with me, through this blog, and follow my daily progress. Maybe you will join me.
