Introduction | I stumbled onto the Paleo "Diet" at a crossfit gym I visited a couple of years ago. Always interested in ways to keep my weight down and improve my body composition, I looked it up. Yes, I got the no refined sugar part. Duh. But, no grains? No dairy? No legumes? NO WAY! That diet was too restrictive to be doable. I don't want to give up my healthy grains! But, vanity drove me to try it. I wanted to see if I could change my body comp by following this way of eating. I started in November of 2012 and haven't looked back. |
