Introduction	Retired in April of 2000 after 33 years with IBM. Started as a Customer Engineer (CE) fixing Keypunches, Sortors, and other punch card based mechanical machinery. Moved on to large systems, mostly punch card, tape, disk, line printer, network System/360/370 computers. In 1982, saw the writing on the wall. Customer Engineer became Customer Support Representative with most of the fixing coming from a higher level of support. Went into design and development of the next few generations of large systems, until I retired. Still working on computers when and where I want to, but not getting paid.
