Introduction	Me? This blog is for you. You have a story. A book inside you. We all do. Nourish others with it here. My story? I am a recycled nurse-learning junkie really-perpetual student, even occasionally self titled book whore, oh my! The biggest lesson I have found with all that reading and research is that love heals all. Yes The Beatles were right-All You Need is....(can you hear the horn section?) In my experienced career in health care 17 years as nurse and now 10 as nutritionist, I know this with all of my being. Mostly I know this from my own personal pain and lessons of forgiving. Love has healed more patients and more nutrition clients than plant medicine, surgeries, diets and pills. This blog is your place to get and give a little extra love. Meanwhile I am building an empire in health as a single mom of Jack Bear, age 10; and Eddy Brighton age 7 3/4. I joyfully serve in the following capacities on this planet: nutrition consultant, catalyst, mother, friend, daughter, sister, teacher, healer. "Joyfully" is loosely interpreted here. Please do NOT ask around, it's not always pretty. Loving deeply in all I do is only now becoming a regular habit.
