| Introduction | When I first started this blog, I had just finished PA school at Wake Forest University School of Medicine and moved to Boulder, CO to train for IM Canada. This was the summer of 2007. Now as 2009 has arrived, a lot has changed in my life not only professionally and in athletics, but my personal outlook on the roll that endurance sports play in my life. What I didn't realize back in 2007 was the experience and opportunity to be around some of the greats in the sport had positively shaped my outlook on the future.
