| Introduction | My name is Ross Garwood. This blog is about my journey through parkour. I started the blog in June 2008 (1 year after I started parkour)and hopefully will be able to keep it up to date. I try to get the most out of parkour by trying to build strength, work on movement, work on balance and let it show me ways of working towards, and achieving goals as well as defeating obsticles in my way. At present, I am 17 years old and have been taking parkour seriously for about 6 months now. I am at the 6th form college in Colchester and train primarily in Ipswich although I like to travel to Cambridge, London and Norwich. I hope I will be able to track some kind of improvement with this blog whether is be physical or mental aswell as setting my progress out in such a way that it will help me to progress further. |
