Introduction	I create my jewelry using antique and vintage jewelry, medals, rosaries, chain and other objects found while searching antique malls, estate sales or wherever else I might find components perfect for my creations. I like the idea of rescuing these old pieces and passing on the wonderful heritage I'm sure many of these pieces hold. I can't help but wonder about the history of these pieces. And I'd like to believe that in some small way I am preserving this history. As for myself, I'm a nurse by profession and a jewelry maker by obsession. I can usually be found outside working in my garden or curled up with a good book when I'm not working at my day job or creating jewelry. I love primitive antiques, live in a farmhouse built in 1896, and just enjoy the simple things in life.
