| Introduction | I am a nurse, a wife to Cindy, a mom and a cook. I strive to cook and eat paleo because I know, from years of trial and error (mostly error) that my body functions best on a high fat, moderate protein, low carb diet. And as a sugar addict, the first bite of sugar, honey, agave syrup, etc will start a binge that tends to last from 3 days to 3 months. I have several children, some adopted, some fostered, and some I wish I had been able to adopt. I love you all, and I will refer to you as my son and daughters on this blog - because to clarify our relationship more would be an invasion of you privacy. I have 3 dogs, also adopted. :-) |
