| Introduction | Jenny Leo writes historical fiction as Jennifer Lamont Leo. Her debut novel, You're the Cream in My Coffee, is set in Roaring Twenties Chicago. After earning a B.A. in English and French and an M.A. in Communications, she served as marketing manager for several book publishers, including Brethren Press, Northern Illinois University Press, and Tyndale House Publishers. Her articles--mostly focused on history--have been published in Idaho Magazine, Sandpoint Magazine, Northern Reach, and the River Journal. She co-authored Hanover Harvesters: A Pictorial History of Hanover Township (Arcadia). Jenny is also a playwright, including the comedy BAKED ALASKA, the one-woman historical sketch ONE THING CERTAIN, I WILL NOT CRY: THE NELL IRION STORY, and numerous shorter dramatic sketches and readings. She is also a marketing copywriter for business clients. She and her husband, Thomas, relocated from the Chicago area to beautiful northern Idaho and share their home with two very spoiled cats, Lucy and Peanut.
