Introduction	Hi! I received my PhD in Exercise, Nutrition, & Preventive Health from Baylor University in 2008. Then, as a Post-doctoral Fellow, I worked as a Clinical Research Therapist in the Mind-Body Medicine Research Laboratory at Baylor from 2008-2010. My M.S.degree is in Exercise Science and my B.A.is in Psychology with a minor in Anthropology. Both of those degrees are from the University of South Alabama. I recently decided to take time off to spend time with my new baby. Welcome to my Blog.
