| Introduction | Hello there..I'm so glad you stopped by. I started this space as a means to focus on all the beauty that surrounds us daily. Here you will find whole foods recipes, holistic wellness tips, green living inspiration, crafty goodness, natural & attachment parenting support & sometimes just my thoughts or life experiences. I am a single, attachment parenting, home birthing, nature & waldorf inspired Mama of two beautiful little lovelies. I have been a Massage Therapist & Acupuncture Assistant for 10 years now and have apprenticed with homebirth midwives with the goal of one day assisting women myself. I founded & facilitated The Natural & Attachment Parenting Support Group 11 years ago in Northern California. Recently, this group has been reformed here in Northwest Indiana as South Shore Grow supporting all aspects of Natural Family Living with classes & monthly meetings. I also teach EcoKids nature & Waldorf inspired art classes at our local library. This is our journey. I hope you find some peace or inspiration here.
