| Introduction | Hi, I'm Dave. I started life wanting to be an Estate Agent and was told at school when I left I could be one! Starting work didn't sound too cool so I went on to study at Nottingham Trent Uni as a Surveyor. I also joined and grew the family firm MPV Packaging Ltd into a multi-million turnover business before selling it. I have been buying, developing and investing in property since 1998. Armstrong Properties is one of my companies. I have a Carbon reduction business called Carbon Consultancy Company and with its ideas we have developed a zero energy cost solution for our future tenants! Hard work, dedication, commitment are key to success, along with persistence. My ultimate dream is to have a foundation which supports great charitable projects in the UK and Africa. I have started my journey working towards this path and inching my way closer day by day. I will get there. Remember persistence! |
