| Introduction | Sunset Bay Community is a new residential home site development located between Rockport and Aransas Pass about 2 miles North of HW 35 bypass on ST HW 188. Sunset Bay is self-managed by the Property Owners Association of Sunet Bay, Inc. consisting of individual property owners serving on the Board of Directors. The collective goal of the homeowners association is to maintain the quality of the property and the lifestyle envisioned by the planned residential development as governed by its Bylaws and Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCR's). |
