I have been blessed with a wonderful husband, 5 super children and a bunch of beautiful grandchildren. The king of my household is a 6 lb. yorkie named "Mr. Tinker". After dedicating my life to searching a way to help others achieve their health goals, I learned the secret to achieving perfect health and the perfect weight. I want to share the secret with you. I am no longer tired of being tired. I am no longer depressed. I am no longer a slave to the scale. I feel and look as I did 20 years ago. This secret has granted me the freedom to spend time doing what I love, such as traveling with my friends and family. I organize a small pup yorkie meetup group in Naples FL.
