Introduction	Hi, and welcome to my blog! My name is Casandra, and I’m from South Georgia. I currently work as a licensed insurance agent, but my background also includes working in technical support at AT&T. That role helped me understand basic technology and how to solve problems for customers, and it really sparked my interest in the IT field. I’m now taking steps to move into information technology because I’ve realized how much I enjoy learning about how systems work—especially when it comes to networking. I’m particularly interested in Cisco technologies, and I hope to build skills in that area. I believe learning more about networking will help me grow professionally and open the door to new job opportunities. My goal is to combine the customer service skills I already have with new technical knowledge so I can give great support in an IT role. In this course, I want to get a solid foundation in IT. I’m especially excited to learn more about how networking works and how to apply what I learn to real-world situations. I know this is just the beginning of my journey, but I’m looking forward to everything I’ll gain from this experience.
