| Introduction | My name is April McKnight and I am a senior at Winthrop University in Rock Hill, South Carolina. My major is Journalism and my minor is Social Sciences. I'm Editor-in-Chief of our monthly college newspaper at Winthrop, The Roddey-McMillan Record. I'm 21 years old! I am orginally from Charleston, South Carolina where I was born and raised. I also like to sing and write. I am a well- rounded, head-strong, God-fearing young lady. I find myself to be intelligent, determined, respectful, responsible, and lovable! I'm also very friendly! I'm generally enthusiastic and optimistic about many things, got to make the best out of everything right?! And I love to laugh and smile; laughter soothes the soul! Even being young, I have battled and overcome cancer, so I know God is not through with me yet! My purpose in this world goes yet unfulfilled! I know I'm living my life for Him and not for those of this world! He is INDEED first in My life! |
