| Introduction | Özgür Gürbüz is a Beijing based journalist following energy and environment issues. Gurbuz has been working as a journalist for more than 10 years. Worked for many magazines, newspapers and radio stations such as Milliyet, Yeni Yuzyil, Liberal Bakış, Referans, Sabah, Aktuel, Haberturk and Yon Radyo. He is currently working as a senior editor for Chinese Radio International. Recent years he also worked for Greenpeace Mediterranean as an energy campaigner and as a consultant for national and international NGOs as well as political parties and private companies. His first degree is on Business Administration from 9 Eylul University in Izmir. Addition to that he has studied two post graduate programs, Product Management and Marketing at Marmara University and MSc in Computing at Oxford Brookes University. His firs publication is called “Energy and Cows” referring to the climate change issue and energy consumption trends. He is also a co-auther of couple of other publications and reports. |
