Introduction	Paul and I sold the house and just about every thing we own in Michigan in 2009, and left to tour the country for a year or so in our 5th wheel trailer. This whole thing started due to Paul losing his job with Ford, in 2009. He was one of the lucky ones who actually got a retirement package. We decided that we had been given unique opportunity, and if we let it pass by, we would be sitting on the sidelines of life rather than living it, so we “made lemonade from life’s lemons” and started a whole new chapter in our lives. Fast forward 7 years and in 2015 we decided it was time to find a winter home. Being avid boaters, and loving the weather in Arizona, we built our winter home (Porter's Project and Party Place) in Lake Havasu City AZ. We still have the camper and the trailer, and spend a good portion of the year exploring. We also installed RV hook ups, so our friends can easily come and visit.
