This is how I feel about cooking and it's why I created this website. I'm not a chef but I cook as an act of giving -- to myself and to those I love. I also cook for the same reason I travel -- to experience the thrill of discovering something new and adopting it as my own. My table is informal -- paper napkins, mismatched forks, plates, and cups.
