Introduction	I worked as a college student educator for over 20 years. In this time I have worked both inside and outside the college classroom in Residential Life, Student Activities, Career Services, and as a faculty member. Part of my studies in my doctoral program is related to adult learning theory, leadership development, and identity development. My dissertation study focused on Christian identity development of traditional aged college men. This study explored Christian faith development and the experience of being a Christian man on a small private, liberal arts college, and how that college provided opportunities to live a Christian lifestyle consistent with Christian worldview. I feel called to develop leaders from a Biblical perspective. A life change has placed me actively on the road to full time ministry. God has been faithful and I look forward to the journey that He has placed my family and me on. I look forward to working with you.
Interests	Studying the Bible for leadership guidance and wisdom. Jesus is the perfect role model for leaders.
