Introduction I'm Kiwi.

I write a lot--crazily, sometimes. Once upon a time, 15-year-old Kiwi decided to do National Novel Writing Month a few days before it started. As is the general nature of sophomores in high school, she procrastinated. She then wrote 37,000 words in three days: 10,000 words a night the last three days of the month. School days. Homework, sleep-requiring days (she did sleep). It was generally agreed she was entirely crazy but would work to do whatever she wished to in this strange but lovable world. (She likes to talk in third person sometimes.)

Stuff like that tends to about sum me up. International student in England, University of Reading. Study Applied Ecology and Conservation. Want to help this world of ours. Want to travel and learn languages. Want to make friends and be in the Moment, stay Present.

Like rainbows and costumes, McGonagall hats and silly things. Sometimes a Silly, sometimes a Serious, sometimes both. Nose normally in a book. Body often in a tree (...with a book). Teaching myself to play my (incredibly purple) ukulele to match my strange voice.

THERE, done! That's me!

When your science teacher smashed a frozen rose with a hammer, did you warm the petals to bring them back to life?

My lovely science teacher never smashed a frozen rose. She did have a student who trusted her enough to hand over money and have it cross over flames without being burned. Cavcreature also saved a spider from the perils of the basin drain and frightened juniors, which has always earned my love.
