Introduction	Thirty-five years ago, both of our fathers, Elmo R.Acosta & Robert F. Milligan were stationed at RAF Upper Heyford, England. This is where we met and fell in love. We were very young, Elmo was 15 and Ann was 14. We promised each other on May 26, 1974 that we would reunite. It took us many years... much laughter, and many tears for that promise to come true. On October 10, 2009 we will, at last make it forever. We ask you to follow this path with us, love us, laugh with us, help us to plan our wedding. We've waited a long, long time.
