| Introduction | Hi I am Valerie and I have had Lupus Nephritis for the past 5 years. I am currently in the best physical, mental, and spiritual health I have ever been in thanks to Lupus! It is the illness that SAVED MY LIFE! And I have so much information and personal experience to share with all those suffering from this terrible illness. I have tried it all from 23 medications at one point, undergoing a medically supervised water fast (DON'T RECCOMEND), raw food diet, and every thing in between. I want to share every piece of knowledge I have picked up along the way so you can learn from my mistakes and hopefully encourage you to FIGHT for your health.
