Introduction	Hi, and welcome to my blog. I am Cris White, a retired teacher who has been blessed with a great husband, children, and grandchildren. My greatest blessing, however, is to be redeemed by the God and creator of this universe through the most wonderful gift ever offered to the world--Jesus Christ. Since my retirement I have been able to enjoy my hobbies of jewelry making, sewing, embroidering, and playing the piano. Compassion International exists as a Christian child advocacy ministry that releases children from spiritual, economic, social and physical poverty and enables them to become responsible, fulfilled Christian adults.
