| Introduction | I'm a sinner saved by Grace. God radically changed my life Feb 7, 2004. I look back to my life before Christ and sometimes it feels like a movie of my memories. But that's how amazing God is. The power of Jesus on the cross is enough to transform any life. Just look at Paul. I pray to fall more in love with Jesus every day. I am a missionary in Manila Philippines teaching and coaching at Faith Academy (www.faith.edu.ph) High Schoo part time. Full time God has allowed me to be an awesome part of ministering to the poor in a squatter village called Tanza. I just love the women and people there soooo much. I have two amazing parents and am the middle child of 5 kids. I have two beautiful nieces and one handsome nephew. I played 3 years of college volleyball before having my second back surgery. I graduated from The University of Nebraska at Kearney with a degree in HS Special Education. I'm a country girl at heart. I love sports and have been playing since I was old enough to pick up a ball. The three most important things to me are the Lord, my family, and my friends. |
| Interests | I really love sports. In highschool I played volleyball, basketball, soccer, and softball. Then I played D2 volleyball in college. I really enjoy being active and being outside: skiing, hiking, camping, running, wake boarding, jet skiing, working out, tubing the river, doing crazy things, laughing. I love sunsets, the mountains, snorkeling, hugs, running in the rain, dogs, being in the country, summer nights, reading a good book, road trips, March Madness, laughing til my stomach hurts, summers at the ballfield, coaching, doing ministry work among the poor. I also like watching sports (especially with my dad and brother...college is better than pro by the way) And I can't hardly pass up curling up on the couch for a great movie. (either a good suspense or of course a chick flick)I love spending time with my girls doing all the fun things that go along with being a girl...shopping, spas, pedicures, manicures, massages, etc. (which I couldn't afford in the States but are so much cheaper here!) |
