Introduction	I am Dee, I have been running for a few years now. Mostly because I had to for school. Now I have found I can't live without it. I work at a church which is a long way from my desires to be a Park Ranger but one thing I know is that its where God has planted me.I enjoy spending time outside and running gets me there. I also enjoy shoes and running clothes, I love bird watching, hiking, family, kayaking, I love the mountains and the seashore. I love food, I would love to be more of a cook but I hate to clean up so I love to eat out and just love good food. I hope to learn about myself through this blog and would love to see how this effects you too. I know there are lots of things I am learning about every run I take and I want to share that with people. So Enjoy and Happy Running!
