We custom-roast our organic and shade-grown coffees from Puerto Rico, Colombia, Nicaragua and Bolivia. Yes, you decide how you want us to process your coffee. When you order it, you’ll have several options for roasting and grinding levels. In addition, we promise that you will get the freshest coffee because we never store any roasted coffee. We roast-to-order, meaning that we will roast your coffee beans only after you place the order. It doesn’t get any fresher! Our commitment In 2003 we started our family home-based business selling our coffees through the internet. Now, our business has grown and we are specializing in providing the best environmentally friendly coffee we can find. Just like our K9 friends that protect us, cherish our presence and complete our lives, we must do the same for our environment.
