Introduction	I'm Abbey Mastracco, I'm a freelance sports writer and the assistant sports editor for the Cal State Long Beach Daily 49er. My life has forever revolved around sports. I grew up hanging out in media centers of golf tournaments with my talkshow host dad; I would come home from gymnastics every night and watch the Sacramento Kings (yes I am still a fan); I played volleyball, taught cheerleading and gymnastics and cannot think of a point in my life when sports were not a part of it. My thought process is consumed by sports. I sometimes have a hard time holding a conversation when it doesn't involve sports. While most girls are lusting after Brad Pitt, I'm all about Josh Beckett. Brett Favre is like George Clooney to me. I'm not your normal girl, I'm The Sports Girl.
