About me

IntroductionHello, fellow minds. If you're here then I'll take the leap and assume you're looking for a useful tip or two on the mechanics of fictional wordplay (creative writing, if entirely unnecessary formality isn't your style). First and foremost, this is not a place where I tell you what to do. This is a place where I share the tried-and-true methods I've picked up over the years. Take it or leave it. Preferably take it. Now, a warning: I've no qualms about word choice here. Fictional characters are like any living individuals, and in fits of creative passion I will refer to my ink children as bastards, female canines, hell, purple fish, if they've acted as such. They're just words. It's merely a matter of how you use them, and whether they're contextually justified. And for the more difficult bouts of assured writers' block, they're justified. Good news: anger is good. It means you care (in which case I'll be caring a lot. Again, leave or take). Now, onto the show, if you wish. Read on, you crazy kids.
