| Introduction | Where great baking begins....I dedicate this blog to my late mom Patimah Jantan (18 Sep 1938 to 20 Sep 2013) and my late father Jaafar Bin Hj Hassan (17 Feb 1936 to 3 Nov 2025) who have been the pillar, strength and inspired me to bake.
