| Introduction | I am very active in the gym, work out every day, sometimes on weekends. I was teaching spin at my regular gym 2 days (thats since changed), however I teach at a local college 2 nights a week which I love doing! I am a mom of two teenagers which is pretty cool.. I am hopeful to get at least one of my kids into spin.. Wish me luck! |
