| Introduction | I am always in the process of learning about myself. I am a 66 year old woman and although I have had cancer five times I choose to view the experience in more friendly terms. I love to dance and I have made Cancer my dancing partner - moving to the music of healing. Having Cancer has helped me to learn about myself and others. More recently, in 2009, I found that the cancer in my mouth had run havoc and it has damaged my mouth...leaving me with limited ability to speak. However, I got into a new protocol at MSKCC and I am the first human being taking this pill...along with others. I hope it helps me and of course hopefully the doctors will get the information they need to help others. Meanwhile, I continue to live a very challenging life. |
