| Introduction | I was born and abandoned on the streets of Calcutta, India in 1980. Because God is in control of all things and has a plan for each of our lives, I was rescued and adopted when I was 3 months old weighing a mere 7 pounds. I had the incredible opportunity to grow up with a loving Christian family in Portland, Oregon. While I didn’t always embrace my testimony the way I should have, the Lord has bestowed much patience on me as I have grown in my faith and accepted the plans He has for me. I am a work in progress. There is one special thing about me and that is that I have a relationship with Jesus Christ and have accepted Him as my Savior. The Lord has blessed me, once again, with an opportunity to return to India to minister and to purposefully spread His joy, peace and love. Many of my friends and family will make this trip with me by helping to raise financial support, by keeping me accountable in my spiritual growth and by praying for me and the lives I'll come into contact with. My hope is to fully set myself aside and to be used as a vessel to share Christ’s message of everlasting life. Blessings, ...R... |
