Introduction	We are a restaurant and bakery specializing in handmade bread and baked goods and food created from real ingredients. We have a small but complete menu that changes with the seasons and includes soup, sandwiches, pastas and salads. We are open Monday-Saturday for breakfast and lunch. Kneadful Things is owned and operated by Dan and Liz Janssen. Dan is a graduate of the Scottsdale Culinary Institute and has worked in fine dining establishments in Minneapolis, Rochester MN, and Scottsdale, AZ. Liz is a former figure skating coach who learned to bake from her mother and numerous cookbook recipes.
