| Introduction | As a person with Narcolepsy, my adult life has been preoccupied with finding a cure for this disabling sleep disorder. In 2002 while undergoing clinical hypnotherapy, I had a powerful altered state experience which led to me thinking and feeling that there may be a spiritual element to my suffering. In 2005, I committed to God through daily prayer, NT reading and by incorporating a deliverance strategy discovered in the book "Secrets of spiritual warfare" by Penn-Lewis. Through daily commitment to these practices I have overcome depression and my narcolepsy symptoms have diminished. |
