Introduction	I am an independent triathlon coach and adviser. I have been doing endurance races for the past 10 years. I began racing 12 and 24 hour solo mountain bike races and switched to triathlons about five years ago. I am currently racing at the top end of the amateur field and have aspirations of earning my professional license this upcoming season.
