About me

Introduction	Hello all, I currently work with e2e (entry to employment) learners. The learners are aged 16 - 18 and we look at building their confidence and basic skills to enable them to get out into the working environment. I am also a keyworker for the e2e learners which means I have to review each learner and set targets to help them with a range of things from their own personal issues to gaining a level 1 qualification.
