Introduction	I'm a 27 year-old woman who still feels uncomfortable referring to herself as a "woman." My worldview has been shaped by some wildly divergent cultural influences, beginning with an English mother and a laid-back Californian father. I spent early childhood in suburban Southern California, summers in England and Australia, and adolescence in podunk Pennsylvania. For the last five years I have been living and working in the beautiful disaster known as New York City. Here is my perspective on situations I've witnessed and experienced. I'm just sayin'.
