Introduction Well, I am Toyer Farrath and my name Toyer emerged from the Cape region of South Africa. The "h" may have fallen over to a "y" over a period of time. If Y represents an H as sometimes written in the Malay/Indonesian language, then Toyer should be pronounced as Toher. Anyway, that is my theory. To confuse matters further, I was called Tahir when I lived in Malaysia during my childhood. Toher or Taahir is an Arabic word for Pure, Clean, Chaste, Modest, etc. Hmmm, now just wait a minute there...Nobody's perfect! My Beliefs are based on the past-present-future around Spirituality, Knowledge, Interconnectivity, Wellness, Action and Self-Reflection. Oh yes, I do have a set of personal Values, which are: Respectfulness, Caring, Sincerity, Responsibility, Fairness, Honesty, Equality and Role-Modeling. I am finding the last one and Action the hardest. No wonder I am so critical! So, what about you? Farrath appears Spanish and someone recorded Abu Masoud Ahmed bin Al-Farrath(258H). My Isaacs/Salie link still looks pretty hazy in the cultural pot. Feel free to give me your feedback. I have allowed for those who wish to remain anonymous. Even a simple rating of the postings will be helpful.
