Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?
Really, do people need them? More than we need cars, I suppose. I think it was Dr. Seuss who first fleshed out the whole fish-on-bicycles thing, and he was pretty much genius, so I say there's a good market for it.
