| Introduction | i am fascinated and bewildered by humanity and our dubious role on earth, i find solace in the magnitude of mountains, in the intricacy of forests, but spend far too much time stuck behind a computer screen, i have travelled for three and a half years in india, indonesia, myanmar, laos, thailand, mexico, australia, bolivia, peru, ecuador, guatemala, beliza, usa, canada, new zealand, switzerland, france, italy, austria, and i work hard as a computer programmer, i lose time trying to understand my own mind and i recoil from understanding too much of global human events, i am a gentle vegan, wouldn't hurt a fly, and i venture to doubt just about everything |
